­­Public Notice Public Notice Notice to taxpayers of additional appropriation Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Portland, Jay County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the City of Portland at their meeting place at the City of Portland Council Chambers, 1616 North Franklin Street, Portland, Indiana 47371, on July 15,2013 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year. Fund Name: Downtown Facade Program 224-001-326 Other Contractual Services $50,656.22 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance.
