Notice of Sheriff's Sale
By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Jay Circuit Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38CO1-1204-MF-22 wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-WFI was Plaintiff, and Matt R. Hummer and Trisha D. Hummer were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of October, 2012 , at the hour of 10:00 a m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Jay County Courthouse/3rd Floor - Main, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana.
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, T23N, RI5E, Second Principal Meridian, Noble Township, Jay County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a cornerstone at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 23N, Range 15E; thence West along the South line of the SE 1/4, a distance of One thousand three hundred forty-two and three hundredths (1342.03) feet to an iron pin for the point of beginning; thence S 89 degrees 56' 00" West (assumed bearing) along the South line of the SE 1/4 a distance of Five hundred fifty-four and thirty-six hundredths (554.36) feet to an iron pin; thence N 00 degrees 04' 00" West a distance of Two hundred fifty-two and fifty-two hundredths (252.52) feet to an iron pin; thence N 89 degrees 56' 00" East a distance of Five hundred fifty-four and thirty-six hundredths (554.36) feet to an iron pin; thence S 00 degrees 04' 00" East a distance of Two hundred fifty-two and fifty-two hundredths (252.52) feet to the place of beginning. Containing 3.21 acres, more or less.
