Public Notice Legal Notice of Annual Bids Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the office of the Jay County Auditor, at the Courthouse in Portland, Indiana, 47371, Monday, April 15, 2013 until the hour of 10:30 AM local time for Items 1 through 3 to be delivered to the various county departments in the amounts and at such time as ordered by the heads of the various departments. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on April 15, 2013. Bids are to be from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 with optional escalator clause as an alternate.
