Johnson, was a Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of April, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. of said day, at the 3rd Floor, Courthouse, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana: Lot Numbered Three (3) in John C.
