Domestic battery

Two Indiana residents were arrested Monday for domestic battery.

Carl Z. Swallow, 35, 306 N. Sycamore St., Gaston, is charged in Jay Superior Court with a Level 6 felony. He was being held in Jay County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Teresa L. Elmore, 42, 80 N. Sycamore St., Redkey, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony. She was being held on a $10,000 bond in Jay County Jail.

Drug possession

A Muncie woman was arrested Monday for drug possession.

Danica M. Myers, 18, 222 W. Centennial Ave., is charged in Jay Superior Court with a Level 6 felony for possession of a narcotic drug and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia.

She was released from Jay County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
