The nature of this suit against you is to quiet title in Plaintiff to the Real Estate described below against the named Defendants and the world and the Real Estate is located in Jay County, Indiana: Being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 13 East in Greene Township, Jay County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron rod set in the south line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3, said point being 675.01 feet east of a P K nail set at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter, and running thence, from said beginning point, North 0 degrees, 22 minutes and 20 seconds East, along an existing fence, 260.52 feet to a wooden fence post; thence South 89 degrees, 50 minutes and 40 seconds East, along an existing fence, 646.73 feet to a wooden fence post; thence South 0 degrees, 18 minutes and 00 seconds West, along an existing fence, 258.76 feet to an iron rod set in the south line of said Southwest Quarter; thence West, along the said south line, 647.07 feet to the place of beginning.
