Church program is tonight

A local group will discuss the life of a man who went from convicted felon to businessman and inspirational speaker.
Lifetree Cafe, a gathering for conversation about life and faith, will hold the program “Second Chances: From Down and Out to Up and at ’Em” at 7 p.m. tonight at Koffee Kup Cafe, 301 N. Meridian St., Portland. The event will feature the story of author and entrepreneur Weldon Long.

Free community meal
Bread of Life Community Family Meal will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at Asbury United Methodist Church, 204 E. Arch St., Portland.
Everyone is welcome to share a meal and conversation.
The meal this week will be prepared and served by Asbury United Methodist Church.
Open house set
Trail Life USA, a “Christ-centered outdoor adventure program” for boys ages 5 through 18, will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 26 at Grace Missionary Church, 510 Portland St., Celina, Ohio. For more information, visit traillifeus.com or grace-mc.org.
