Dealing drugs

Two local men were arrested Saturday for dealing drugs.

James O. Nunn, 49, 704 E. Water St., Portland, was preliminarily charged with a Level 2 felony for dealing methamphetamine and a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana. He’s being held on a $42,000 bond in Jay County Jail.

Cody J. Jackson, 34, 209 W. Butler St., Fort Recovery, Ohio, was preliminarily charged with two Level 4 felonies for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia.  He’s being held on a $22,500 bond in Jay County Jail.



Dependent neglect

A Dunkirk man and woman were arrested Saturday for neglect of a dependent.

Andrea N. Dugan, 26, 306 E. Broad St., was preliminarily charged with a level 5 felony, along with a Level 6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance and a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia. She’s being held on a $15,000 bond in Jay County Jail.

Bradley A. Nunn, 27, Ship St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia. He’s being held on a $15,000 bond in Jay County Jail.



Dependent nonsupport

A Dunkirk man was arrested Friday for nonsupport of a dependent.

Travis N. Sewell, 35, 20405 N. 700 East, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony.

Sewell is being held on a $1,500 bond in Jay County Jail.
