Fined and sentenced

Joshua A. Pogue, 1127 S. Hagins Ave., Portland, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — He was sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but one day suspended and given one day credit for time served. He was assessed court costs of $185 and order to pay $200 in drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fees. As part of his plea agreement, a Level 6 felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and a Class C misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia were dismissed.
