Richard L. Shirk, 63, 770 Montels Way, Sharlotte, Michigan, is being held in Jay County Jail on $3,000 bond following his arrest Saturday on a Level 6 felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having a prior conviction.



Nuisance

Ariel Stewart, 28, address unknown, is being held in Jay County Jail on a Level 6 felony charge of maintaining a common nuisance. Bond is set at $4,000. She was arrested Sunday.
