Jay grads in all-star game (06/19/08)

A pair of Jay County High School graduates will play one more football game before beginning their college careers.
Aaron Daniels and Baxter Holdcroft will play for the West squad in the East-West All-Star game at New Castle Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Daniels will play defensive back after ranking 24th in the state last season with six interceptions (0.5 per game). He also had 49 tackles and one sack.
Holdcroft will play on the offensive line. He was part of a Patriot unit this year that blocked for 1,000-yard rusher Michael Jobe and produced eight straight 150-plus yard games.[[In-content Ad]]
