Nathaniel Kegerreis, 31, Pennville, battery, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days Jay County Jail, with all but two days suspended. He was given two days credit for one day served and was fined $50. He was assessed court costs of $168 and placed on formal probation for eight months, to be served consecutive to the probation imposed in an October case of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.
