PORTLAND — Michael Jobe and Brandon Buckland provided just enough offense for the Jay County freshman boys basketball team Wednesday. Jobe and Buckland scored all of the Patriots’ fourth quarter points, and 13 out of their 16 in the second half in a 32-29 victory over the Bellmont Braves.
