Affolders celebrate 50th (07/14/06)
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Affolder, Berne, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Ray married Phyllis Wolford on July 14, 1956, at High Street United Methodist Church in Geneva.
Both longtime Adams County residents, Ray is retired from farming.
They are the parents of Mark Affolder, Morenci, Mich., Mrs. Casey (Marla) Lutes, Portland, and Jim Affolder, Berne. They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate with a family dinner on Saturday at Bearcreek Farms.[[In-content Ad]]
