Annette Renee Alexander, a financial advisor for the Portland office of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., has been named to the firm's 2007 Leaders Council.
The membership is in recognition of Alexander's guidance and service to the investing public and professional growth.
She was also given the title of associate vice-president, investments, for these accomplishments.
Leaders Council honors are presented to those financial advisors who demonstrate a high level of commitment to clients through personal service and professional integrity.
Alexander, who joined Raymond James in 1999, has more than seven years of financial and investment experience.
Take new roles
Biggs Inc. recently announced that Kelly Miller has taken over the role of property manager at Limberlost Apartments in Geneva, and Denise Reszkowski has been named property manager of Park Village, Continental Village, and Chalet Village Apartments in Berne.
Prior to taking the new role, Miller was a secretary for Cornerstone Community Church.
She attended Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne and earned a degree in administrative assistance.
Limberlost has 41 units. Phase I of Limberlost is open to all age households. It is located at 556 Bristol Drive.

Reszkowski was previously the human resource manager for Sturgis Iron and Metal. She was also an accounts payable manager for Summit Circuits.
She attended Indiana Business College and earned a degree in accounting.

The East Central Indiana Payroll Association's membership meeting will be held at the Delaware Country Club on Thursday with registration beginning at 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch and program at 11:45 a.m.

The cost of the meal will be $13.
Guest speaker will be Joe Trotti from Total Payroll Solutions. His topic will be human resources and helping the employee and year-end issues.
All persons engaged in payroll processing, payroll management, or anyone interested in this topic is urged to attend.

The Andersons, Inc., announced this week its 2006 results, with full-year net income of $36.3 million, or $2.19 per diluted share, on $1.5 billion of revenues. In 2005, the company's full-year net income was $26.1 million, or $1.69 per diluted share, and total revenues were $1.3 million.
Fourth-quarter net income in 2006 was $13.8 million, or 76 cents per diluted share, and total revenues were $463 million. In the same three-month period of 2005, the company reported net income of $15.3 million, or 99 cents per diluted share, on $384 million of revenues.
The grain and ethanol group's full-year operating income of $27.9 million in 2006 established a new record, officials said in a news release, $15.3 million higher than the $12.6 million it achieved in 2005, the group's previous best full-year performance.
Publishes magazine
Energize-ECI, Inc., a regional, public/private economic development advocacy partnership, has published the first issue of Regional-Focus magazine, focusing on the many assets of East Central Indiana.
Participating economic development entities included in the partnership are Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Henry, Jay, Madison, Randolph and Rush counties.
The magazine will be used in marketing the area for business expansion, retention, and to encourage new business investment and development.
The 48-page full-color publication was designed, researched and written by Tom and Linda Farris of T.L. Farris and Associates in Muncie.
The magazine features a letter from Gov. Mitch Daniels, a summary highlighting Indiana's strong business climate, a listing of companies recently making capital investments in ECI, plus informative sections presenting overviews of each of the participating counties.
