Emily Antrim and Ryan Skirvin will exchange vows on Aug. 9.
Emily is the daughter of John and Tracy Braun and Tim and Lora Antrim, all of Portland. She is a 2005 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2007 graduate of Ambers Beauty School. She is a cosmetologist at Oasis in Portland.
Ryan is the son of Kathy Skirvin, Salamonia, and Tim Skirvin, Losantville. He is a 1997 graduate of Jay County High School and is employed at Smith Brothers of Berne.
