South Adams High School graduating class of 1986 is planning its 20 year reunion on Sept. 23 at Cross Creek Golf Course Event Center in Decatur.
Addresses are being sought for classmates Misty Arnold, Joy Badoreck, Terry Bebout, Michelle Gibson, Jackie Lugar, Diana Nelson, Michelle Vinson and Mike Dausch. If anyone has information on any of these people or has not received an invitation, please call Rhonda Reynolds at (260) 724-4993 or visit www.saclassof86.com.
Reservations must be received by Aug. 23.
Don't Miss the Bus
Jay County Public Library will again offer its annual school bus program Don't Miss the Bus on Monday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m.
Any child entering kindergarten who will ride a bus to school may participate. A Jay School Corporation bus driver will review safety rules and then children will board a bus and ride to Bloomfield Elementary School, where kindergarten teacher Carolyn Scott will greet them.
Children will explore the classroom, listen to stories and play on the playground before returning to the library at noon.
Registration is required. For more information or to register, call the library at (260) 726-7890.
Dean's list
Adam Link, from Fort Recovery, recently made the dean's list for the spring semester at the University of Findlay in Ohio.
Making the honor roll for the spring quarter at Ohio State University were Matthew Barman, Jodi Boeckman, Nicholas Bruns, Juliane Faller, Lindsay Gaerke, Deanna Lennartz, Michelle Leugers, Craig Link, Joseph Osterholt and Brenda Rindler, all from Fort Recovery.
Free seminar
Wright State University-Lake Campus will host the free seminar Student Success: Becoming a Master Student on Saturday, Aug. 12, from 1 to 4 p.m. in room 182.
The seminar will be presented by Dr. John Wolfe, director of academic and instructional services. It will include tips of successful study methods, time management and academic goal planning.

Attends camp
Ellerie Baer recently attended a two week composition camp with the Indiana Writing Project at Ball State University. She was nominated to attend the camp by her third grade teacher Mrs. Drake.
Students presented finished pieces to their families the last day of camp. Ellerie is the daughter of Michael and Kim Baer, Geneva.
