Baughmans celebrate 63rd
Longtime Jay County residents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Baughman, 1137 Wayside Place, Portland, are celebrating 63 years of marriage today.
Jerry married Freda Hart on Sept. 1, 1946, in Horse Cave, Ky.
Freda is a graduate of Poling High School and retired from Jay Garment and Naas Foods. Jerry graduated from Portland High School and retired from General Motors, Muncie.
They are the parents of three daughters, Mrs. Jim (Pamela) Gillett and Margie DeVoss, both of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Richard (Claudia) Jones, Portland; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
They are celebrating with a family camping trip.[[In-content Ad]]
