Elizabeth Lynn Hicks Brown and Paul Shoopman Jr. will exchange vows on March 24.
Elizabeth is a 1983 graduate of Jay County High School and is an assistant teacher and driver for Dunkirk Headstart. She is the daughter of Mintford and Linda Hicks, Dunkirk.
Paul graduated from Jay County High School in 1985 and is a truck driver for Shoopman Trucking. He is the son of Ms. Virga Ownby, Knoxville, Tenn., and the late Paul Shoopman Sr.[[In-content Ad]]
