Bruners to celebrate 50th
Mr. and Mrs. James Bruner, 347 West 275 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on June 5 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the community room at Jay County Public Library.
James married Barbara Hummel on June 5, 1960, at Rapel Chapel Church in Union City.
Barbara is a homemaker and James retired from Portland Forge.
They are the parents of Terry Bruner (wife: Cathy), Auburn, Suzanne Clevenger (husband: Greg), Ridgeville, and Peggy Atkinson (husband: Troy), Portland; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
