Megan Campbell and Tom Bell are planning to exchange vows on Aug. 16.
Megan, the daughter of Jon and Sherry Campbell, Bryant, is a 1999 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2003 graduate of Ball State University, Muncie. She is currently employed at Ameriana Bank and Trust, New Castle.
Tom is a 1996 graduate of New Castle High School and a 2000 graduate of Ball State University, Muncie. The son of Larry and Debbie Bell, New Castle, he is co-owner of Community Tech Center, New Castle.[[In-content Ad]]
