Celebration set Sunday
Steve and Laura Laux, Portland, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Steve married Laura Bogard on Aug. 5. 1972, at Immaculate Conception Church in Portland with the Rev. Kenneth Raczek officiating.
Laura is employed as a client service associate at Raymond James & Associates and Steve is vice president of human resources at ATI Portland Forge.
The couple are the parents of Andrew Laux (wife: Heather), Indianapolis, Catherine Fugiett (husband: Adam), Redkey, and Emily Homan (husband: Kraig), Dunkirk. They also have nine grandchildren.
They celebrated recently with a family dinner at Bearcreek Farms.
