Ceramics show
A ceramics show will be held Jan. 15-Feb. 26 at Arts Place, Portland.
The Ball State University Faculty and Student Ceramics Show will be held in the Hugh N. Ronald Gallery. An artist reception will be held Jan. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m.
The exhibit is sponsored by The Ball State University Clay Guild.
Minnetrista activities
The Minnestrista Cultural Center, Muncie, will have a family art day on Feb. 26.
Painting, clay modeling and edible art activities will take place throughout the day.
Members of the Indiana Plein Air Painter’s Association will be demonstrating outdoor painting techniques.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is free with the price of admission.

A showcase of juried works from local artists will be on display Feb. 18-April 30 at the Minnetrista Cultural Center.
The display includes painting, drawings, mixed media, sculptures and photography.
Many of the works by East Central Indiana artists will be available for purchase.[[In-content Ad]]
