Community and Family Services, Inc. is currently scheduling appointments for the upcoming Energy Assistance Program that begins Oct. 6.
The program helps eligible households with an energy burden with a one time credit on heat and electric bills.

Graduates
Adam Ford recently graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute with a bachelor's degree.
Ford is the son of Terri and F. Dwane Ford, Portland. He plans to work at Rolls-Royce Corporation.
Casework course
The Hoosier Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross will have a Client Assistance Casework course on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 325 E. Washington St., Muncie.
The course is to help participants develop interviewing skills, knowledge, attitudes and relationships to help those with disaster-caused emergency needs. To register, call (765) 284-3361 or (800) 480-4403.[[In-content Ad]]
