Chapman and Retherford to wed
Austin Day Chapman and Toby Steven Retherford announce their engagement and approaching marriage on Aug. 29.
Austin is the daughter of Thomas Chapman, Dayton, Tenn., and Ramona Chapman and Randy Roll, Portland. She graduated from Ball State University and is employed at Clarion Arnett in Lafayette as a radiographer.
Toby is the son of Steve Retherford, Elwood, and Teresa and Bob Matthews, Colorado Springs, Colo. He is a graduate of Jay County High School and is employed at Bob Rohrman, Lafayette, as a sales consultant.
