Clevengers celebrate 50th (09/20/2008)
Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Clevenger, Albany, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on Sunday at All Seasons Banquet facility in Albany from 2 until 5 p.m.
Arnold married Shirley Thurman on Sept. 27, 1958, in Livingston, Tenn.
Shirley is retired from Delaware Community Schools Food Service and Arnold is retired from Ball State University.
They are the parents of Arnold Clevenger Jr., Dunkirk, Mrs. Steve (Patricia) Sharp, Union City, Ohio, John and Nick Clevenger, both of Albany. They have four grandsons.
