Coalition to have tent at fair

The Jay County Breastfeeding Support Coalition will have a tent available  for mothers and babies during the Jay County Fair, Monday, July 25, through Saturday, July 30.
The  tent will be located at the east end of the grandstand behind the restrooms.

Picnic
The Jay County Historical Society will hold its annual picnic today at 6:30 p.m. at the museum, 903 E. Main St. in Portland.
Drinks and table service will be provided and everyone is asked to bring a covered dish. Memorabilia and pictures may be brought to share.

Graduates
Janel Evers, Fort Recovery, recently graduated from the University of Toledo (Ohio) with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Evers was also named to the president’s list for the spring semester for earning a 4.0 GPA.

These Fort Recovery residents were named  to the dean’s list at the University of Toledo (Ohio) for the spring semester:
