The Portland office of Raymond James and Associates will soon be expanding into Adams County.
Randy Kistler of the Portland branch will be moving his practice to a new company office in Berne.
“It has been a long-term goal to establish a physical location in Adams County,” Kistler said in a press release. “This compliments our satellites in Portland, Hartford City and Bluffton with the regional office located in Fort Wayne.”
The Portland office will continue to serve Jay County.

The board of directors of East Central Opportunities Inc. will meet Wednesday, Nov. 10, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

HEALTH FAIR
Bluffton Regional Medical Center, 303 S. Main St., will have a Diabetes Health Fair on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
It will be held at the hospital in conference room 401. The event will feature booths covering education topics such as nutrition and meal planning, medication, glaucoma and exercise. There will also be free blood pressure checks and a test to measure blood sugar averages.
