Couple celebrates 30th
Junior and Ellen Coats, 2361 West 200 South, Portland, are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary today.
Junior married Ellen Collins on April 11, 1981, at Collett Church of the Nazarene, Portland.
Ellen is Jay County Clerk and Junior is assistant manager of maintenance at FCC Indiana.
They are the parents of Travis, Brandon and Adam Coats, all of Portland. They have one grandchild.
The couple plan to celebrate with a family dinner and a trip later in the summer.
