The Rev. and Mrs. Randy Davis, Redkey, will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary on Saturday by renewing their vows at Fairview United Methodist Church on Ind. 28, east of Albany. There will be an open house at the church from 2 to 5 p.m.
Randy married Rose Taylor on Aug. 21, 1971, in the Dunkirk Bethel United Methodist Church by the Rev. Dr. Morris Morgan.
Rose is a first grade teacher at Albany Elementary School and is an active member in the churches her husband pastors.
Randy is pastor of Redkey United Methodist Church and Ridgeville Calvary United Methodist Church. He has also been involved in Jay County athletics for many years.
They are the parents of Patrick Davis, Schaumburg, Ill., and Brady Davis, Fayetteville, N.C. They have two grandchildren.
