Couple celebrates 35th (08/05/06)
Mr. and Mrs. Roger Jonas, 416 W. Race St., Portland, are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary today.
Roger married Nancy Holcomb on Aug. 5, 1971, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Portland.
Nancy is co-owner of Yesterday's Treasures and S & N Paperhanging and Roger is an operator at Portland Forge.
They are the parents of Mrs. David (Jenny) Bricker, Portland; James Jonas, Fort Wayne; Mrs. Paul (Sara) Slack and Erin Jonas, both of Naples, Fla. They also have three grandchildren.
The couple is planning a trip to Naples, Fla. in the fall.[[In-content Ad]]
