Couple celebrates 50 years
Larry and Leanna Myers, 1525 N. 200 West, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Larry married Leanna Beechler on Dec. 14, 1963, at Old Salem Church in Bluffton.
Leanna retired from cleaning offices and Larry retired as a tool and die maker at General Motors in Muncie.
They are the parents of Linae Stoner (husband: Mike), Mesa, Ariz., Lisha Crowe (husband: Mark), Sherrills Ford, N.C., and Lance Myers (wife: Christy), Muncie. They also have eight grandchildren.
