Couple celebrates 50th (02/01/08)
Mr. and Mrs. Max Blowers, 6128 North 150 West, Bryant, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Max was married to Charlene Barcus on Feb. 1, 1958, at Union Chapel Church by the Rev. Charles Dunmoyer.
Max retired from General Motors in Marion in 1974 and he and Charlene retired from farming in 2007.
They are the parents of Mrs. David (Cindy) McGraw, Portland, Mrs. Chris (Kathy) Ray, Ms. Marie Blowers and Mike Blowers, all of Bryant. They have 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A family dinner is planned and a trip in May. Cards may be sent to their home at 6128 North 150 West, Bryant.[[In-content Ad]]
