Couple celebrating 60th
Mr. and Mrs. Warren McMichael, Lebanon, Ohio, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, March 20. They are former Jay County residents.
Warren married Ruth Towell on March 23, 1944, while he was in the Navy during World War II. They moved to Lebanon, Ohio in 1957 to work at the Otterbein Home with children. They retired from there in 1985.
They have a daughter, Barbara Ann Miller, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a foster son, Sam Woody, Westchester, Ohio; and a grandson.
An open house will be held March 20 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Countryside Community Church, 1436 Deerfield Road, in Lebanon, Ohio.
