Couple marks 45th (8/9/05)
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Rouch, 310 E. North St., Portland, celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on Monday.
Jack married Helen Maxine Brown on Aug. 8, 1960. Jack’s grandfather, the Rev. Roy S. Brown, performed the ceremony at their home in Steuben County.
Helen works at Graphic Printing Co. and Jack is retired from Portland Forge.
They are the parents of Brett Rouch and Mrs. Rocky (Lisa) Williams, both of Portland. They also have three grandchildren.
