Naomi Justine Flenar and Ricardo Hargrove are planning a June wedding.
Naomi is the daughter of Jesse and Ann Bivens, Dunkirk, and Larry Flenar, Denver, Colo. She graduated from Jay County High School in 1995 and attended Ball State University. She is employed as a Leasing Consultant at Hickory Ridge Apartments in Colorado.
Ricardo is the son of Ana Navarro, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Chesterfield Hargrove, Old Paso, Texas. He graduated from Andress High School in El Paso, Texas in 1992 and is employed as a Detention Operation Technician for Arapahoe County in Denver, Colo.
