Carmen Renae Houck and Richard Wayne Clayborn are planning an April wedding.
Carmen is the daughter of Shane Houck, Pennville. She is a 1998 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Indianapolis. She is employed at Opportunities for Positive Growth.
