Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bryant, 504 W. Walnut St., Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Glen Bryant married Mary Hidy on March 19, 1955, at the Methodist Church in Manchester.
Mary is a homemaker and Glen retired from the Jay School Corporation as a teacher and counselor.
They are the parents of Mrs. John (Gena) Coers, Muncie; Mark Bryant, Auburn; Mrs. Mitch (Amy) Sutton, Portland; Bill Bryant, Muncie; and Mrs. Jim (Betsy) Fennig, Portland. They also have 11 grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate with an open house for friends and family at their home on Sunday, April 24, from 4 to 7 p.m.[[In-content Ad]]
