Carrie is the daughter of Jeri Franks, 3985 East 300 North, Portland, and Richard Franks, 109 N. Morton St., Portland.
She is a 1999 graduate of Jay County High School and is employed at MainSource Bank, Portland North Branch. She is a member of Tri Kappa Sorority.
Michael’s parents are James and Patricia Rosenbeck, 1662 Township Line Road, St. Henry, Ohio.
