Sarah McConnell and Benjamin Rowland are planning a Sept. 9 wedding.
Sarah earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. She works for the Lucas County engineer's office and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed McConnell, Sylvania, Ohio.
Benjamin also earned a degree in civil engineering from Ohio Northern and is employed at The Mannih and Smith Group, Inc. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Rowland, Defiance, Ohio, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Rowland of Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
