Joycelyn is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Ball State University. She is employed as a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis and is the daughter of Kathleen (Woodard) Jutte and the late Omer W. Jutte.
