Sara Lynn Franks and William Robert Spahr are planning a Sept. 24 wedding.
Sara is the daughter of Greg and Cathy Franks, Portland. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Indianapolis and is an RN at Willowbend Living Center in Muncie.
William received a bachelor’s degree in physical and health eduction and is employed as kitchen manager at Homestead Restaurant at Bearcreek Farms.
