Diller is named Fort Recovery Citizen of Year (03/18/2009)

Mary Diller was recently presented with the annual Fort Recovery Citizen of the Year award, sponsored by the Fort Recovery Chamber of Commerce.
Diller has been a teacher in the Fort Recovery school system for 15 years, is active with Psi Iota Sorority, Fort Recovery Athletic Boosters, Project Recovery and was chairman of the Fort Recovery Harvest Jubilee.
Also Carl Pleiman and Jeff Roessner received 2008 Fort Recovery Hall of Fame awards.
Pleiman is involved in Knights of Columbus, Ambassador Club and school board of education.
Roessner has started or been a part of many businesses, including Roessner Energy, Mercer County Electric, JR Manufacturing, Roessner Contracting and Suspension Feeders.
Author to visit
Matt Berry, author of "Up on Daddy's Shoulders," will give a presentation on March 24 at 7 p.m. at Fort Recovery Public Library.

Lauren Elizabeth Budde, Portland, was named to the dean's list at Anderson University for the fall semester of 2008-2009.[[In-content Ad]]
