Randall and Loretta Dollar

Former Jay County residents Randall and Loretta Dollar, 1624 W. Ind. 28, Ridgeville, are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary today.
Randall married Loretta Rice on Oct. 18, 1986, at Albany United Church of Christ.
Loretta is a homemaker and Randall works for the Indiana Department of Transportation and is a reserve sheriff’s deputy with the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department.
The couple are the parents of Ashley Hart (husband: Jon), Winchester. They also have one grandson.
