Carrie Lynn Fifer and Paul Richard Byrum are planning an April 8 wedding.
A 2001 graduate of Jay County High School, Carrie graduated from Ball State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a substitute teacher for the Jay School Corporation and the daughter of Larry Fifer, Bryant.
Paul graduated from Jay County High School in 1999 and is employed at PAX Machine Works Incorporated in Celina, Ohio. His parents are Richard and Diane Byrum, Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
