Mr. and Mrs. Jerome L. Flueckiger celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on May 15.
Jerome married Thelma Lee Boyd on May 15, 1948, at the Presbyterian Church of Charlestown with the Rev. C.M. Hanna officiating.
Jerome is a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked for American Standard in Louisville, Ky. After moving from Louisville to Geneva in 1952, Jerome began farming with his father Carl.
Thelma worked as a nurse at St. Joe Hospital in Louisville, Ky., at Jay County Hospital from 1952 to 1970 and at Caylor Nickel Clinic in Bluffton from 1970 to 1981.[[In-content Ad]]
