Fort 4-H picks officers

The Fort Pioneers 4-H club elected new officers at its Oct. 9 meeting.
Katie Fortkamp is president; Mitch Homan is vice-president; Claire Pottkotter is secretary; Craig Hart is treasurer; Tracy Fortkamp is reporter; Rachel Moorman is assistant reporter; Kyle Fullenkamp, Elliott Keller and Taylor Grisez are in charge of recreation;  and Kristen Keller and Jeanette Osterloh are in charge of Health and Safety.
Honored
Delta Theta Tau, Xi Chapter of Portland was honored with several awards at its 2012 Province Convention.
The chapter was awarded first place for Volunteer Service Hours Overall and Volunteer Service Hours-Per Capita; second place for Golden Hands Overall and third place for  Golden Hands-Per Capita.
Xi Chapter also received the Traveling Attendance Banner for having the most sorority members attend the convention.     [[In-content Ad]]
