In violation
A sentence of four years supervision and $120 in restitution was imposed on Shannon M. Hudson, 39, Portland, in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Hudson was found in violation of community control sanctions that had been put in place after she pleaded guilty Sept. 1 to trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. She had earlier been sentenced to four years of community control sanctions.
Fleeing sentence
A Fort Recovery man was recently sentenced in Celina Municipal Court for fleeing/eluding an officer.
David F. Krieg, 18, 5618 State Line Rd., was sentenced to 182 days in jail and a license suspension of three years.
He pleaded no contested to fleeing/eluding an officer, driving in violation of license restriction, two counts of traffic sign violations and unauthorized use of a vehicle.[[In-content Ad]]
