Iolene Garrett
Iolene M. Garrett, 77, Pierce St., Ridgeville, died Thursday at the St. Vincent Randolph Hospital, Winchester.
Born in Chicago, on Feb. 18, 1926 to Dewey and Mary (Pittman) Garrett, she worked as a lab technician at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Eagle Butte, N.D.
She is survived by two sisters, Beverly Holcomb and Mrs. Ronnie (Barbara) Thompson, both of Ridgeville, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at M.J.S. Mortuaries-Middleton Chapel, Ridgeville, with burial following in the New Pittsburg Cemetery .
Visitation is Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.

Kenneth Loy
Kenneth L. Loy, 93, 8791 South 450 West, Ridgeville, died Thursday evening in the Randolph Nursing Home, Winchester.
Born in Jay County to Walter and Mary A. (Engle) Loy on March 25, 1910, he was married Dec. 24, 1935 to Iris L. Lynch who survives.
Retiring from the Portland Forge in 1971, he was a farmer and had worked at Rockledge Stone Quarry.
Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Paul (Irene) Bailey, Portland, and several nieces and nephews.
Services are Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, with Pastor Mike Harris presiding. Burial will follow in the Rietenour Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday beginning at 12:30 p.m.
