Geneva library will have games for kids

The Geneva Library will have a Wii Challenge on Wednesday at 1 p.m.; Thursday at 1 p.m. will be Wii games, cards, puzzles and board games and "Picnic at the Beach" will begin on Friday at 1 p.m.

Seminar

Indiana Farm Bureau will have a District 4 Spring Family Seminar on Monday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Lake Placid Conference Center, 0397 South, 200 East, Hartford City.

Conference

The seventh annual statewide Aging Well conference will be held May 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ball State University Alumni Center.

Dr. Lauren Dungy-Poythress, an Indianapolis physician, will be the guest speaker and humorist Kay Frances will speak during the noon luncheon.

Sessions for the conference will include legal issues, facing caregivers, medications, how to protect yourself against fraud, fitness at any age, assessing your spiritual scrapbook and tips on discussing senior care options with your loved ones.

The cost is $20 and reservations are required. To register, send a check payable to LifeStream to P.O. Box 308, Yorktown, IN 47396. Put "Aging Well Conference" on the memo line of the check.
